MiddCor.NET
MiddCor.NET
offers software developers a simple and flexible way of coupling applications
created on the basis of Microsoft's .NET framework with Java- and CORBA-based
systems.
This platform independence makes it possible to use applications simply and
effortlessly on different types of incompatible hardware. MiddCor is a true
CORBA solution for the Microsoft.NET framework. This Object Request Broker has
been written in C# and connects CORBA and J2EE with the .NET world.
MiddCor has been developed entirely as managed code and can therefore be
accessed by all .NET languages (C#, VB, C ++, etc.) . Above all, MiddCor is a
simple CORBA solution. This means that break-in period and lead-time for
application development can be drastically reduced. It also means a low "total
cost of ownership" during the introduction of the new Microsoft-NET generation
into your business scene.

MiddCor is a
fully adequate C# Object Request Broker and can therefore do more than CORBA
links based on .NET-Remoting. MiddCor facilitates the seamless integration of
.NET programmes into a CORBA-architecture, without having to change existing
systems or acquiring additonal hard-or software infrastructure. It is therefore
a flexible way to implement distributed architectures without having to
interfere with the kernel of existing systems. That is why the IT-landscape can
be extended at any time without problems and a high degree of inter-operation is
guaranteed. This means that not only will already invested assets be protected
but a considerable saving for you when the new Microsoft.NET generation is
introduced into the business scene.
